Legal & compliance gate
The service agreement and BAA are completed, and an approved secure transfer or access method is confirmed before PHI is handled.
Structured review
Approved data is reviewed using defined checkpoints for claim matching, remit details, payment math, evidence, recoverability, patterns, and priority.
Quality assurance
Findings, evidence, discrepancy logs, language, and totals are checked before anything is sent to the client.
Findings & next steps
The client receives a clear summary, discrepancy detail, patterns observed, and recommended actions for its authorized team.
HIPAA & data protection
No client files before scope, agreement, BAA, and secure transfer.
The public request form is for business and project information only. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, addresses, member IDs, claim files, EOBs, ERAs, or other protected health information.
Engagements involving PHI are handled under a signed BAA and through approved secure systems designed to support OriNova’s obligations under applicable HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
