By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website. A separate signed service agreement controls any paid OriNova engagement and takes precedence if it conflicts with these website terms.
Informational and analytical scope
Website content is general business information. OriNova provides analytical revenue cycle review and operational consulting within the scope of a signed agreement. Unless specifically contracted, OriNova does not submit claims, change codes, contact payers, provide legal or medical advice, or guarantee reimbursement or revenue recovery.
Calculator estimates
Backlog, gross claim value, and project-fee calculations are preliminary planning estimates based on information entered by the user. They are not audits, offers, guarantees, recoverability determinations, or final quotes. Final scope and pricing may change based on volume, data quality, date range, systems, deadlines, documentation, security requirements, and requested deliverables.
No PHI through public website tools
You agree not to submit PHI or confidential patient information through the public contact form, calculator, or ordinary email. OriNova may decline, delete, isolate, or redirect information submitted through an unapproved channel. A signed BAA does not by itself make every communication method appropriate for PHI.
Permitted use
You may use this website for legitimate evaluation of OriNova’s services. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the website unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, brand marks, calculators, documents, and other original materials belong to OriNova Group. You may print legal forms for evaluation and execution with OriNova, but may not resell, republish, or misrepresent OriNova materials as your own.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, OriNova disclaims implied warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results.
